La Colectiva Pop-Up extended through August!
Experience the vibrant flavors of Venezuela, Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador at La Colectiva’s “pop-up cocina” at Ava’s! This culinary collaboration with the Creative Collective of Silicon Valley brings you authentic dishes crafted by talented women from diverse international backgrounds.
Enjoy their delicious offerings, including Birria Wednesdays featuring shredded beef tacos, ramen bowls (yes— Birria ramen!), and plates with rice and beans. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, only $15-$21 each, and brings a taste of home to your plate.
Join them for lunch and dinner, 11am–2pm and 3pm–7pm, every day except Tuesday, throughout August. Support local, eat local, and savor the community spirit. Don’t miss out on this unique culinary experience!
